Have you ever tried travelling across a muddy track with the hope of reaching your home and got stuck because there was a storm which fell down trees and rivers overrun the track?
You have come a long way and it seemed impossible to go any further. At this point you either give up and turn back home or you pray for a miracle. As you wait not sure if your prayers are being answered you hear the sound of a distant engine getting louder as it approaches. It is impossible to imagine what vehicle it would be. In your bewilderment you turn to hide away for fear it could be some villain. You have some money for your family and you fear for your safety.
But alas the sound draws nearer and what you see is so strange and unusual you are struck with amazement rather than fear. Whoever owns such a vehicle is not going to be interested in the little savings you have hidden in your backpack. You suddenly find a hovercraft gliding over the flooded track towards you. The rider soon sights you and cuts his engine. He seemed friendly and he asks how you are and what brought you to these treacherous parts. Your heart stops beating so fast and you seemed relieved but also fascinated by this stroke of luck and you hope it might be your way through as the journey on was but still more than a few miles. As it were the rider tells you he had only just turned back because something fell off he needed to find and incidentally it was a few yards just before he got to where you were. The good news was that he was heading back in your direction and travelling to the village after yours! Imagine how this combination of events has transformed your dilemma and made an impossible task feasible. You are willing to pay anything he asks to get you through your journey and you will in fact want to know how often he travelled these parts so you could plan your return trip. He becomes a friend indeed with hope for your future journeys.
That simply is the vision of Firstbaze. There are situations on ground that demands solutions. There are opportunities yet to be explored with all available resources, greatest of which is knowledge and information. We have a failing government who seem to do nothing but impoverish our people despite all efforts. Serving the people is neither seen nor heard to be their priority but serving their own interests. It is my opinion they have little to no desire to truly serve because if they do the wealth of the nation in the hands of a few would be returned to the people and I dare say these stolen monies are more than enough to transform our communities.
