Buy Maybell's book!

Selling a thousand (1000) copies of Maybell's book will make a difference.

To my colleagues and friends. Finding ways to impact people's lives could take various forms. Here, I decided to support Maybell's book sale, to tell her story hoping this could go a long way to open doors, not just for herself, but also promote our efforts to invest in similar projects in the sub-continent.

Since publishing Maybell's book, "The Impact of Parental Separation on Children: My Experience by Maybell Achigbue", it was evident that the aim of the project could only be met with appropriate publicity or for a more apt word, marketing. The idea of a book launch though attractive was soon put aside as the socio-political milieu did not seem to make that option any more appealing than a sensible but time tested straight talk to kindly spirited individuals, groups or colleagues who could spare the time and resource to support this course and "Buy Maybell's book".

A snick preview on our new authors book

Married, separated, or divorced; each situation has an impact on the development of every child in that relationship. Living with parents in conflict is usually traumatic for children. The fact is, children and all are usually the victims in such circumstances. While some of the victims (children) may survive the tough challenges of their parents' separation; others may not. This book details the challenges faced, from the age of eleven, by Maybell and her siblings after the violent separation of their parents and were forced to live with their father.
